Memorial Day Weekend is a holiday in the US to remember and honor the men and women who have given their all for the country. But, it is also usually a weekend of celebration. For many of us, it is also the official kick start to summer even though the official solstice won’t even arrive until later in June.
While most of us head to the beach and enjoy the sun and delicious barbecues, many of us (ahem, us girls) prefer to hit the malls, outlets, and even opt to stay indoor and take advantage of all of the ongoing sales for the occasion. Hey, what’s a better way to kick off the summer than fresh new selections of clothing and accessories for our wardrobe for the next few months? The beach isn’t going away anywhere; it’ll even be better when you’re looking your best.
There are going to be major sales this Memorial Day Weekend, so it can get quite overwhelming. That’s why I’ve put together this digital shopping checklist for some things that you’ll be needing to look your best and stay focus while browsing all of these deals.
Beach tote: A nice beach tote can get pricey. And it’s definitely isn’t a bag that you can use everyday so getting it on sale is probably the only time you’ll avoid feeling too bad about getting one.

Sunglasses: Sales are the perfect time to pick up a pair of sunglasses that you’ve been eyeing for but haven’t been fully convinced to get yet. Espadrilles sandals: No such things as too many sandals, and while they might be solely for showing off our nice pedicures now that our toes can finally breathe again, sandals are one of the items that are often not prioritized when it comes to shopping for them.
